Guidelines
Maximum size allowed for posters is 120cm wide and 100 cm high.
Abstracts must be submitted electronically using e-mail. Electronic abstract template including all format definitions are available here:

This templates shall be downloaded and used for the preparation of extended abstracts. Accepted extended abstracts will be published in the abstract volume as a collection of "mini-papers" (see here how this may look).
Authors are advised to strictly follow the formats given in this template. If you have porblems with the templates, please contact balticearth@hzg.de.
Due to limited room capacity, registrations of authors (oral and poster) will be handled preferentially. Authors will be notified in the week following 22 January 2018. An abstract volume will be distributed at the workshop. |
