Guidelines
Extended abstracts (max. 2 pages incl. 2 figures) must be submitted electronically by e-mail. The use of the abstract templates including all format definitions are compulsory and available here:

This templates shall be downloaded and used for the preparation of extended abstracts. Accepted extended abstracts will be published in the abstract volume as a collection of "mini-papers" (see here how this may look).
Authors are advised to strictly follow the formats given in this template. If you have problems with the templates, please contact balticearth@hzg.de.
Only a limited number of oral presentations will be possible during the short time. The Workshop committee may need to select orals and re-dedicate oral requests to posters, if needed. Registrations of authors (oral and poster) will be handled preferentially. Authors will be notified by 28 October. An abstract volume will be distributed at the workshop.
Poster size
Maximum size allowed for posters is 120 cm wide and 100 cm high. |
