Fee and Payment
The conference fee is
- 100 € for full delegates
- 75 € for students with proof (must be sent to balticearth@hzg.de at time of registration).
A late fee of 50 € is added after 31 March 2014. The conference fee covers the conference venue, the conference abstract volume, the Ice Breaker (Sunday evening), morning and afternoon coffee and refreshments.
Social programme:
- Conference Dinner on Tuesday evening: 40 € (please add this amount to the fee and indicate "Dinner" on reason for payment (see below)
- Excursion on Thursday: 20 € (please add this amount to the fee and indicate "Excursion" on reason for payment (see below)
The excursion will go to the coast of the Pomeranian Bay including: The viking site in Wolin, the gas terminal at Świnoujście, the archeologic site and scenic point at Lubin (Szczecin Lagoon), the high cliffs at Międzyzroje, and the church ruins at Trzęsacz (not all may be possible, details will be communicated later).
After the excursion a barbecuewill be organized at the hunting shooting in Kulice (Nowogard). The barbecue is include in the excursion fee.
Fee payment is due at time of registration, latest on 31 March.

It is absolutely CRUCIAL that you state the remittance information or reason for payment as given above!!!! The number 0120 identifies the conference subaccount and MUST be stated. Also your name and institution MUST be stated! Otherwise we will not be able to allocate your payment to you. For example, the reason for payment could look like this:

If you intend to participate in the conference dinner (40 €) and/or the excursion (20 €), please add the respective amounts to the fee payment, and add
"dinner" and/or "excursion" to the reasons for payment.
Please note that this is the only payment mode. Credit cards cannot be accepted.
